DAY 1:
NAIROBI - ZANZIBAR
Take a morning flight to the island of Zanzibar (also known as the "Spice Island' for its production of cloves). Transfer to the beach hotel which will be your home for the next few days. Dinner and overnight.

DAY 2:
ZANZIBAR
A morning tour to stone town area. Dinner and overnight at beach hotel.

DAY 3:
ZANZIBAR
Optional Dolphin tour (at extra cost) to swim with the dolphins. Dinner and overnight at beach hotel.

DAY 4 TO DAY 6:
ZANZIBAR
These days are spent at leisure with optional activities including:- sailing, fishing, snorkeling, scuba diving and wind surfing.

DAY 7:
ZANZIBAR - NAIROBI
A visit to the central market and gift shops then take a flight back to Nairobi. After dinner at Carnivore - the meateaters' paradise - proceed to airport for flight back home.

City tour: Museums, City Market, Old Slave Market, Livingstone House, House of Wonders, walk through the narrow Stone Town streets. 12.00 hours: Lunch and back to hotel. 14.30 hours: Tour to Jozani Forest Reserve 16.30 hours: Drive back to hotel for dinner and overnight stay.

DAY 3:
09.00 hours: Transfer to East Coast hotel via a tour of the spice plantations tour. Lunch and leisure activities.

DAY 4:
Day at leisure. Dinner and overnight.

DAY 5:
09.00 hours: Transfer to town 10.30 hours: Leisure walk and shopping 12.00 hours: Lunch 13.15 hours: Transfer to airport for flight back to Nairobi. 18.45 hours: Dinner at Carnivore Restaurant, afterwards proceed to airport for homebound flight. 

DAY 1:
NAIROBI - ZANZIBAR
Air transfer Nairobi Zanzibar. Further transfer to hotel for dinner and overnight stay.

DAY 2:
09.00 hours: City tour. Museum, City Market, Old Slave Market, Livingstone House, House of Wonders. Walk through the narrow Stone Town streets. 12.00 hours: Lunch and back to hotel. 14.30 hours: Tour to Jozani Forest Reserve. 16.30 hours: Drive back to hotel for dinner and overnight stay.

DAY 3:
3: 06.00 hours: Transfer to airport for flight to Pemba (Green Island). 07.35 hours: Arrival in Pemba, transfer to hotel. 09.45 hours: Tour to Historical sites 10.15 hours: Drive back to Chake Chake. 11.30 hours: Boat trip to Exotic Island of Misali - Lunch, snorkeling, swimming, sunbathing, etc. 17.30 hours: Boat trip back to Chake Chake and transfer to hotel for dinner and overnight stay.

DAY 4:
08.00 hours: Drive through clove plantations and fruit farms to Ngezi Forest Reserve. 10.30 hours: Vuma Wimbi beach, relaxing, sunbathing and lunch. 14.00 hours: Drive back to hotel. 16.00 hours: Afternoon tea at hotel 17.00 hours: Transfer to airport and departure to Zanzibar. 17.30 hours: Arrival in Zanzibar and transfer to hotel for dinner and overnight stay.

DAY 1:
Leave Nairobi by air for Dar-es-Salaam ("heaven of peace"). On arrival at Dar-es-Salaam the group shall be picked up and transferred to a beach hotel. Dinner and overnight.

DAY 2:
Early morning the group shall be transferred to the harbour for a fast boat trip to Zanzibar; transfer to hotel, afternoon Zanzibar tour and overnight.

DAY 3:
Morning transfer to Dar-es-Salaam by a fast boat for a Bagamoyo day tour. Late afternoon drive to Dar-es-Salaam. Overnight at beach hotel.

DAY 4:
Early morning drive for Selous to start an afternoon walking safari through Selous Forest. Overnight at campsite.

DAY 5:
Walking Safari from Selous Forest to Behobeho per *daily schedule and overnight at campsite.

DAY 6:
Walking safari from Behobeho to Hot Spring Selous per daily schedule and overnight at campsite.

DAY 7:
Walking safari from Hot Spring to Manze Selous per daily schedule and overnight at campsite.

DAY 8:
Walking safari from Manze to Siwando Selous per daily schedule and overnight at campsite.

DAY 1:
NAIROBI - ARUSHA 10.00 hours:
09.00 Drive from Nairobi into the Great Rift Valley. Stop for lunch at Narok. Drive to Narosura (about 80 km) from where you start trekking. Walk for 3 hours to the hills of Morijo. Dinner and overnight at camp.

DAY 2:
After breakfast trek across the Loita hills and set up the camp at the Kiskon Stream. Chance to spot the Colobus monkey and others in the forest near the stream. Later in the evening the Maasai welcome you to goat barbeque laced with traditional herbs/spices. Dinner and overnight by the campfire.

DAY 3:
Early breakfast then go for a long trek (5-6 hours) passing many Maasai villages. Set up camp near the waterspring. After lunch you can take a bath at the springs or catch a glimpse of animals coming to quench their thirst. You might see elephants, buffalo and antelopes.

DAY 4:
After breakfast leave for another long walk through thick forest following the elephant paths to a waterfall. Lunch on the way. Dinner and overnight near the waterfall.

DAY 5:
Follow the river from the waterfall for some time then branch and trek to the Nguruman escarpment. Camp at the edge.

DAY 6:
Early breakfast then descend the steep Nguruman escarpment. At Nguruman meet the safari vehicle to take you back to Nairobi. 

DAY 1:
Leave Arusha after breakfast and drive to Marangu Gate where you will start the ascent to Mandara Hut. Dinner and overnight at Mandara Hut.

DAY 2:
After breakfast trek to Horombo Hut. Dinner and overnight at Horombo Hut.

DAY 3:
Leave Horombo after breakfast and trek to Kibo Hut. Lunch, dinner and overnight at Kibo Hut.

DAY 4:
Early start to the summit, Uhuru Peak, then descend slowly to Horombo Hut. Lunch, dinner and overnight at Horombo Hut.

DAY 5:
Trek further down from Horombo Hut to Marangu gate then proceed to Arusha. 

DAY 1:
6 HOURS WALK
Leave Arusha after breakfast and drive to Machame Gate. Walk through the forest to Machame Hut (3,000 m) in about 6 hours.

DAY 2:
4 HOURS WALK
Trek after breakfast across the valley and continue along the steep ridge, past the Giant Heather and into a river gorge to reach the Shira Hut at 3,800m.

DAY 3:
A full day is spent at Shira Hut acclimatizing for the higher altitude.

DAY 4:
6 HOURS WALK
We proceed east towards Kibo, then continue towards the Lava Tower. After the tower we go up to Arrow glacier at 4876 m before descending to Barranco Hut at 3,860 m for dinner and overnight.

DAY 1:
Clients to be picked up from entry point - Airport or border post to a hotel in Arusha town.

DAY 2:
Morning drive to Momela gate to start climb Mount Meru - overnight at Miriakamba Hut.

DAY 3:
Climb from Miriakamba to Saddle Hut and overnight.

DAY 4:
From Saddle Hut back to Momela gate and drive to hotel for overnight.

DAY 5:
A fter breakfast drive to Rongai Gate and start to climb Mount Kilimanjaro following the Rongai Route to Cave 1 for overnight.

DAY 6:
Climb from Cave 1 to Cave 2 - overnight.

DAY 7:
From Cave 2 climb to Cave 3 - overnight

DAY 8:
From Cave 3 climb to Water Point - overnight.

DAY 9:
From Water Pointto Moir Hut - overnight.

DAY 10:
From Moir Hut to Lava Tower - overnight.

DAY 11:
From Lava Towerto Barranco Hut - overnight.

DAY 12:
From BarancoHut - Barafu Hut - overnight.

DAY 13:
From Barafu Hut to Kibo Hut - overnight.

DAY 14:
From Kibo Hut to Uhuru Peak and then down to Horombo Hut - overnight.

DAY 15:
From Horombo Hut to Marangu Gate and drive to Arusha for overnight at a town hotel.

DAY 16:
Early morning transfer to Airport or exit point. 

DAY 1:
NAIROBI - ARUSHA 10.00 hours:
Depart Nairobi for Namanga arriving in time for an early lunch at Namanga River Lodge. Cross border point (Immigration and Customs) and proceed to Arusha for dinner and overnight at hotel.

DAY 2:
MANDARA HUT
Depart from your hotel, drive straight to Marangu National Park gate, where the climb begins (1860m) on the edge of the mountain forest. Walk through the semi tropical dense rain forest, with camphor, cedar, juniper, wild olive and pillar trees festooned with lianas, lichens and Spanish moss. Flowers of various species delight the eyes, while monkeys shake trees and terraccos and other colourful forest birds sing in the forest profusion. The walking takes 4 hours covering 9 km to Mandara Hut, at 2744 m near Maundi Crater. Dinner and overnight at Mandara Hut.

DAY 3:
HOROMBO HUT
Starting early in the morning towards Horombo Hut you walk 5 hours, to cover the first 4 km or so, the dense rain forest now gives way to the rolling moorland, clothed in knee-high grass tussocks dotted here and there with giant heather trees, some standing upto 9 m high. Here is perhaps the most pleasant point, where the landscape is decorated with tropical flowers and the sun is refreshingly warm. From here, both Kibo and Mawenzi Peaks are magnificently viewed. Some animal species are found here, i.e. bush duikers etc. The landscape becomes more rugged and rocky, as you continue to Horombo Hut at 3761 m above sea level. Dinner and overnight at the Horombo Hut. You should have warm clothes due to strong winds here.

DAY 4:
KIBO HUT
After breakfast, continue to Kibo Hut through the euphorbia trees and here high altitude causes difficulty in breathing and tiredness is felt. The path leading you to Kibo Hut passes the water streams and skirts MAWENZI before opening out into the lunar landscape of the saddle. It forms a "U" between MAWENZI and KIBO Peaks. You will experience the winter nights as cold and icy winds encircle the huts accompanied byfrost and snow. Dinner and overnight at KIBO Hut.

DAY 5:
HOROMBO HUT
Wake up soon after midnight for the final attempt to the summit. Walk for about 5 hours, the steepest and most difficult part of the route, to GILMAN'S POINT at 5681 m above sea level, on the Crater rim. Try again if your stamina allows, for UHURU Peak, reached in about 2 hours. This is the highest point in Africa. After signing the visitors book, descend to Horombo Hut, for dinner and overnight.

DAY 6:
MARANGU GATE/ARUSHA/NAIROBI
After breakfast, descend to the Marangu National Park Gate, meet your driver, drive back to Nairobi through Arusha and Namanga.
